A tournament to benefit the Tennessee Wrestling Hall of Fame and the IEWC
There will be kettle corn, concession stand and FINAL matches under the lights!
Date: Saturday, June 1st, 2019
Where: Independence High School, 1776 Declaration Way, Thompsons Station, TN
Weigh-ins: May 31 from 7:00-8:00 pm or June 1st from 2:30 to 3:30 pm
Clinic: 3:30 to 4:30 pm
Wrestling Begins: 5:30 pm (6/01/2019)
Cost: $20 if signed up by May 26th, $25 after May 26th. (NO AAU CARD NEEDED)

Tournament director reserves the right to change/combine weight classes and divisions to maximize the opportunities for the wrestlers.
In the event of inclement weather, June 2nd will be used as an alternate date.
Tournament Format:
- Brackets will be double elimination
- 5 match limit does not apply to this event
- Medals for top 3 in each weight class/division
- Brackets with 6 or fewer wrestlers will be round robin
Weigh-ins:
- Friday, June 1st 7 to 8 pm @ Independence OR Saturday, June 2nd from 2:30 to 3:30 pm.
- Wrestlers that do not make weight will be allowed to move up
- Wrestlers will weigh in with the singlet on (or shorts and t-shirt)
- There is no additional weight given at weigh-ins
- Wrestlers can challenge/weigh in as many times as needed within the weigh-in time.
Tournament Rules:
- One 3 minute period (running clock)
- Out of bounds or lack of activity will result in a Neutral start
- 10 point Tech Falls
- Sudden death overtime (neutral)
- Mandatory 15-minute rest between matches
- Wrestlers do NOT have to wear a singlet
